Scottie led a Psychodrama Training Intensive and I found it INCREDIBLY enriching and rewarding. She did a phenomenal job creating a safe environment for me to learn, create connections with other clinicians, and do some deep work. I loved every second and hope to return to another intensive soon!
Scottie is an incredible trainer, and pscyhodrama is a wonderful modality that helps bring new experiences and insights, both to clients and practitioners! I was amazed by how much I learned in such an experiential, meaningful, and FUN way, while also building meaningful relationships that I'm excited to hold onto! IMO the BEST way to complete CEs - you won't want to do them anywhere else ever again. :)
As a therapist, I have been attending Psychodrama NJ as a student since 2017 as a part of the weekly training group. I attended a one day psychodrama workshop. Scottie Urmey led it, with a great mix of theory and practice. It was INCREDIBLE. I learned a lot, but more importantly it was a peak experience. The atmosphere Scottie created, the techniques applied to foster meaningful psychodramas, and the thoughtful and caring participation by all attendees really made it one of the most informative and enjoyable experiences I've ever had.
