PRS provide a great community for individuals disable. However they lack diversity amongst the staff. Many of the staff are not licensed Which leads to misdirection, misinformation, and misguidance. I think it would benefit the company to hire retired individuals with a background in mental health, communication and health. Hopefully, the CEO offers her staff a better salary. RETIREES aren't interested in pay they do it as a hobby.
PRS provide a great community for individuals disable. However due to staff low economic status there is alot of jealousy amongst staff v. Consumers. Many of the staff have no experience in ownership. Which leads to misdirection, misinformation, and wasting funds. Many staff members lack education. So they misguide the consumer.
