I wish I could put zero stars. My tattoo was not what I asked for along with terrible. You can’t read some of the words. The I’s look like T’s , the H’s are B’s. I tried to work with the shop about getting it covered up by the owner Jerrod, who went back and forth giving me the run around. I had a consultation appointment for the Jerrod, who then told me to go back to Chris. My tattoo was in memory of my brother.
