I can’t speak on the entire practice, but SHANNON KELSO is one of the worst medical “professionals” I’ve ever come across in my 28 years of a mental health journey. The way she spoke to me was demeaning & judgemental & would have set any individual struggling with their mental health back immensely. Thank god I was able to contact my actual therapist directly after the appointment — that she called off halfway through — for genuine support.
