Extremely disappointed with the service. I had to attend twice to have my medication changed for my skin condition, yet there was still no improvement. I repeatedly had to call myself for updates, and often couldn’t get through as no one was available. Despite this, I never received any follow-up calls to check on my condition or whether the new medication was working. Dr. Heather is lovely person, she knows best for psoriasis treatment. Kelly - reception is nice lady, she works over 10 years in the clinic. I've been in treatment and my psoriasis reduce now.
With only to weeks of treatment I can see my skin clearing up. Very knowledgeable professionals at the clinic. Thank you
