I went into this location to reschedule a test and to seek the information and paperwork I needed to complete the process. While I was speaking with a gentleman at the front desk, an older Asian woman interrupted our conversation and abruptly told me that I needed to reschedule. I explained that I was already in the process of doing exactly that, yet she became defensive and told me to leave because she “didn’t like” my response. I had such an excellent experience here. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Maybe one of the kindest testing centers I’ve visited and I’ve taken many proctored exams.

Honestly everyone in the comments crying either one wanted to cheat or two failed their exam . First time here for my buisness and law exam . You empty your items into a locker ; keys, phone, etc.. then they check your pockets , roll up sleeves to see if you’re hiding anything , same thing with pants up to ankle . After that you go into a room with computers and dividers they give you ear plugs or you can use their headphones to block out noise which I did so no it was not noisy , they would come in every 10 min or so obviou... read more

You pay $100 for every test you take. When you first walk in, it’s like you’re in the TSA line at the airport. It’s anxiety inducing and unnecessary. If I knew this prior I would have never booked here. Then it takes forever to go into the testing room because they check one person in at a time. Once you’re in, it’s going to be super cold and SO many distractions. The proctors consistently talk and laugh amongst each other and it’s loud. I’m sorry I thought this was a testing center? Currently here waiting to take an exam at 9am and its already 9:50am🤦🏻‍♀️ Was told to be here 20 mins early so been here waiting for over an hour. There is 5 of us here waiting. None of us were notified if they would be closed or so forth. While here we have called the customer service number and no help at all just been on hold. Do not schedule your testing here.
