I recently took two tests here (on different days). Everybody was professional, respectful, and I have no complaints. Yes, it can be a little off-putting and feels like you are going through airport security. But if you just go with the flow and accept that the employees here are just doing their job, you will be fine. My only issue is that the testing room can get chilly. So if you get cold easy, wear a pullover sweater or a top with long sleeves so you won't have to take it off. Jackets are not allowed in the test ro... read more

They treat you like you’re going through airport security when you’re just trying to take a test. And if you happen to fail that test. They cancel your application stating they never received the money even though you paid and the money is no longer in your account. And instead of making any accommodations they will just act as if you never paid even with proof that you did. They still want another payment!

Currently here waiting to take an exam at 9am and its already 9:50am🤦🏻‍♀️ Was told to be here 20 mins early so been here waiting for over an hour. There is 5 of us here waiting. None of us were notified if they would be closed or so forth. While here we have called the customer service number and no help at all just been on hold. Do not schedule your testing here.

If I could score this place a 0. I would. If you have challenges with concentration, noises, and get distracted easily, or even test anxiety I do not recommend this place. There was a bunch of people coming in and out of the testing area and too many noises, I could hear the staff talking even when being inside the testing area. The PSI website clearly states that “Testing area must be located in such a way so that no candidate will be disturbed by foot traffic, loud conversation or outside noise.” .. just don’t test in this... read more

A family member was taking a test on zoom. She told her sister “quiet, I’m taking a test”. They shut the test down for cheating. That was cheating. The company she was applying to was shady as hell, and this testing company they use is shady as hell. If you are using PSI Exam because you were sent here by a company you are applying to, stop and do more research. These are two shady peas in a pod.
