I had a good experience with a great proctor. She drove to Metairie from Mobile to proctor our exams. She said she was asked yesterday to proctor here today. I'm very thankful to her for saving my day! She was lovely and she was thorough.

This office has great location a lot of parking and the staff are very profficional and frendly.
There should definitely be an option for no stars. My husband and I drove 2 hours to get him here for testing. They had him scheduled for 9am. We noticed otw there our gps would update and we would end up being about 10 minutes late. They sent him a very vague email with instructions about arrival. Nothing about being early, no way to contact them but we googled their number and continuously tried to contact them about the tardiness and all their phone kept saying was call back during business hours. Man.. this was such a disappointing experience at the moment. I showed up on April 10, 2024 at 8:20A for my scheduled 9AM 170 question exam. Altogether, myself and five other testers were there waiting for at least an hour. The lights were on and other employees from different departments were there. None of us received emails about a cancellation. Two people drove from out of town, one flew in.
