If I wanted to get an FAA license and wasn't a U.S. citizen I would go here because they do not follow the Airman Matrix guidelines.
I had a wonderful experience taking my Part 107 exam today at the PSI in Metairie. This place is awesome — super clean, quiet, and very professional, also the proctor was very very helpful! I honestly don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I was surprised by how outdated the program was! I felt like I was back in Middle School playing the Oregon Trail. It also kept freezing which is a distraction and my computer keyboard was FILTHY.
Unhelpful. Got searched by a rude employee and probed with a metal detector then told they don't provide reference materials. Wasted testing fees and a whole day because of this. Typical low cost low value testing venue. Hopefully the licensing board will go back to testing themselves. It was much cleaner and professional than this place.
