Worst company ever. I ran the system check, I granted all of the permissions necessary, I took work off to take my exam...and the secure browser would not allow me to. I started to try to log in 30 minutes before my scheduled time to allow myself plenty of time to do everything correct. When I saw that I was having issues, I called PSI. The employees at this site are very professional. Issue I have is if I’m told to look up the website for information about whether the office will be closed due to the possibility of snow, at least tell me where on the website. There is no way to contact this office via phone and it is very inconvenient to drive to this site for any information about closures and fingerprints. Now I’m going to drive all the way to the site which may be closed.

Great test taking site. Smooth process and a quiet environment for maximum concentration. Also, very clean facilities.
