Have a car loan through them, my car got totaled out and after insurance my loan was still at $4700. I called to pay it off 3 years early and they refuse to remove the 3 years of interests and fees to bring my total down. I have had enough loans to know that when you pay it off early your suppose to be getting charged less because the interest should be removed. I had $4200 that they could have settled for but instead they'd rather be sued.
