I opened my account with the objective of Opening a cc account. The guy in charge Shane saw all my papers and told me i was elegible to do it. When i tried to open the account, they told me I can't open it because I'm on a visa. They saw my visa when i opened the account!!!
Unhelpful and surprisingly entitled and inconsiderate staff for a credit union.
I've been a member since 1992 and I would not recommend them anymore... I was able to join because I went to Mansfield. There's no personal touch anymore it's all business and recordings. I'm waiting for my mortgage to be paid off and I'm going to be transferring my accounts out to the Penn East Federal credit Union.

We needed to have some financial work done. Shane welcomed us as we came in. After he finished with clients, he again greeted us. He was very knowledgeable in what we wanted to do. He worked with us, and we had a very successful result. Shane is kind and polite. He treats you like family! I am so pleased there is an office close to our home now!!! Thanks, Shane!
