What happened to me at this bank was beyond unprofessional—it was absolutely appalling. The director of this branch physically confronted me, getting only inches away from my face in an aggressive, intimidating manner. He even went so far as to touch my personal property—his finger made contact with my camera. No customer should ever have to fear being physically intimidated or assaulted inside a financial institution, especially by someone in a position of leadership. PSECU used to be a good institution to deal with. I'm a long time member and have several accounts with them. Their policy changes seem to have gone the way of banks rather than credit union. No personalized service any longer. They've been dropped by several car dealerships I buy vehicles from and their car buying process has gotten somewhat tedious. I just joined a local credit union that has PSECU old policies in play and will be dropping all my PSECU accounts in the future.
This location has re-opened Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm and now has expanded services for its members. There is now expierenced staff there all week to help answer questions.
Don't waste your time with this credit union. Go elsewhere like Titan.
Used to be a good financial institution to bank with. Now, it's just like any local bank....just many more inconvenient miles away. They have literally adopted the same policies of local banks so to me and many others, there's no benefit to banking with them anymore.
