Graduated in 1982. Had Robert Caroll as teacher in the 6th grade and Mr. Barry as Principal back in the day. Enjoyed every moment from crab soccer tournaments to yearly fair selling used games and pop corn.
I went to this school a long time ago, starting in 1955, until I went to the demolished PS177 in sixth grade. Very good school with wonderful teachers. I remember the tall ceilings and artwork in the corridors. We played tops on Hester Street in front of the school, and had school trips to Seward Park to visit the gardens there.
