Excellent product and instructions. Clear simple eating information which lead to better understanding "real foods". The PS1000 was a terrific aid to get thru the initial steps and the product certainly worked for me!
So far, I've lost 40 lbs on this plan. I am on phase 3. It was hard at the beginning getting off sugars and bad carbs, but once your body adjusts, the plan is great. Good recipes on the web site. I was never hungry or tired. Had lots of energy. I contribute this to the PS drops.
