Absolutely disgusting service from the booking. We received incorrect information about the drop-off and had to drive 5 hours to drop the vehicle. It took nearly two months for the vehicle to arrive, and when it did, the legal documentation was stolen, along with a brand-new King's fridge. When asked about the missing item were simply told: "go make a complaint." NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL....had to give 1 star or wouldn't let me leave a review, not worth any stars. The company does not deliver your car when promised, often weeks later. I had to cancel my booking and fly to Darwin to get it myself, and they have refused to refund my money despite them not doing anything. The lady on the phone is rude and will often hang up on you when you make a complaint. They do not return your phone calls or emails and claim that the Manager is unavailable. They introduce NEW conditions as to why you can't get a refund. They will try to confuse you with "working days" as to why they have not delivere... read more

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with P & S Logistics, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. My car was transported through their service, and upon arrival, I discovered significant water damage to the interior. This was absolutely unacceptable. When I reached out to them to file a claim and seek compensation, they completely ignored my concerns and did nothing to take responsibility.
