Wish I could give them a 0. The care is appalling- watched many nurses ignore behaviours and even mock a resident getting hurt. Many ignored a resident with dementia during the afternoons and nights due to the behaviour when they were clearly distressed. I pray no other student gets placed here because the majority of staff are rude as heck, eye rolls, being ignored, taking over the tesidents kitchen as their new place to have tea/break because students are in the break room.
