We had a great experience purchasing furniture for our new place! The team was very friendly, communicative, and flexible throughout the process. Delivery and assembly were quick and smooth, and the quality and selection of products were excellent, very durable and satisfying. I had sent a photo of a queen size storage bed to this store and asked them to assemble the slats. The photo was of my bed. I had sent it only for the sample. On March 31, 2026, I had sent $50. On April 1, 2026, they came and looked at the pieces of the bed slats and asked me to assemble them, but they said they would not do it. They wasted days and now they have said that they will not give me the money I sent. If they had told us that they would not do it before sending the money, we would not have sent the money.
