Our experience with this mortgage bank has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, we were misled and not provided with all the correct information about our loan options. We were told and expected to be able to fully utilize the benefits of a VA loan, but due do Lori’s misleading and incorrect information we’ve not been able to do so.
