I just opened last month. I called I told her I can’t withdraw are you sure if I drive a hour to you I can withdraw. I drive a hour in traffic and what do you know she lied or was misunderstood. Not well trained staff Deposited one check for 400. I deposited 2 weeks ago and I still have to access to money. Terrible bank. If anyone has a good bank recommendation let me know. Do not use pa bank unless you okay waiting months for your money

Our experience with this mortgage bank has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, we were misled and not provided with all the correct information about our loan options.
