I feel that PSBank is probably the best local bank in this area. At First Citizens I often feel like every transaction is being scrutinized and if you ask for your own money as cash, it seems to be a major ordeal. At PSBank, most deposits are available instantly; I've never had trouble getting cash and they have lower fees, and overall seem to care more about offering good their community in general.
This is the bank I have been using for years and currently use! The gals are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had a problem with an overdraft or anything. They have top notch security services for possible hackers for your protection. I rate the PSBank as one of the BEST in the area.
