First and foremost, My initial experience with PRZ was fantastic. I felt they offered acceptable customer service and attention to detail, which made paying a premium feel worthwhile. However, as time went on, key employees left, and the quality of our business relationship deteriorated. Communication became inconsistent, and management issues started to surface.
