Was told it would take approximately a week to complete my return. It took several months. During which I was kept completely in the dark and had no idea what was going on or what to expect. When finalized nothing was as we expected in the beginning.

This firm was multiple months behind on our books on 2 different occasions. We chose to move our business elsewhere. They were very uncooperative and drug their feet when we tried to get our book keeping info from them when we left.
