They were used by my father for just about everything and when he died, they were not only rude to me, but made being administrator to my dad‘s estate very difficult. Was told it would take approximately a week to complete my return. It took several months. During which I was kept completely in the dark and had no idea what was going on or what to expect. When finalized nothing was as we expected in the beginning.
Great company, great customer service, and professional employees. What a great company! Could not be more satisfied with my payroll, tax returns, and bookkeeping needs being met timely.
