Many years ago, before PDB CPAs expanded, they were better. But like several of the other reviewers call out, they have lost their way. Questionable invoices, extensions with no explanation, late responses to basic tax service levels. Considering their increased hikes in their fees with progressively poor service, they have lost me as a long time customer. They could not scale the business expansion they sought. I counted 10 reviews here and 5 are negative - not good.

Enlisting experienced people never goes out of style. i am grateful for Pryor, DeFiore&Bradford. There's always a helping hand met with integrity when you work this company for any of your accounting needs. 5 stars is too low. 10 stars c. smith

Larry Bradford has done both my personal and business returns for 8 years now. Very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing but goods things to say about this firm.

Warning!!! Repeat warning. Would give a Zero. Stay away. This is my first time to write a negative review but now feel I have an obligation to warn others. First, they changed management. Second, horrible customer service. Third blamed us for their professional incompetence. We provided our paperwork in February and they took 9 months to complete. But it was our daughter. I used them for my personal and business returns for several years. They've been getting worse and worse over the past few years. They miss dates, never get my taxes done on time, and then send me random bills for work I never requested. I won't be using them again.
