Great gym with a positive atmosphere and excellent trainers. They’re attentive knowledgeable and actually care about helping you become the best version of yourself. I feel supported and motivated every time I come in!!
Awesome program that cares about their athletes. They do all they can for their partnerships. They provided extra care packages for our post season playoff teams with some encouraging words and advice in a send off recently. We truly value them and our partnership! They will do wonders for anyone that gives them the chance.
I’ve been with Pryde since September 2021 and they are amazing! Dr Vanita and Dr Joe are excellent Physical Therapists. Very knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, compassionate and they never give up on their patients. They go above and beyond to find solutions that are effective and provide sustainable results.
