We had a really positive experience with Tom and his team, especially, Hazel. You have a squatter ( your tenant) , now you have two , Tom Pruzan( your attorney . After hiring him , you will hate him more than your tenant who is not paying rent . His conversation starts by bragging about 40 years of experience, and his business he inherited from father and grand father( he shamed them ).
