It was tough deciding between 2 and 3 stars. I have had trouble with this store before, swearing never to go back, but after five years of my boycott, I decided to try again. I had ordered a reclining couch, and had to wait two months for it. Because of my previous bad experience, I asked about the return policy. I was told it would have to be returned within 72 hours for a full refund.
