Just moved to Prescott and we needed a couch. We went to Pruitt furniture. The people were friendly and helpful. We found this sectional. They were able to deliver the same day. We went back a couple weeks later and bought the table and chairs that was delivered in 2 days. We are very happy with our purchases.
Very poor service, bought new queen bed over memorial weekend. They were quick to sell it but very slow to deliver on the rest of the promise with the sale. Will never buy anything again from them as long as we live in Prescott Valley. Customer service is not what they are concerned with apparently only money. Once you have paid the bill you are no more a concern of there's. watch yourself Mary Ann Epp

Very helpful staff. No high pressure sales talk Prices lower than Ashley. Mid to high range quality. Something for every price range. Met Mike the owner, who checked we were getting the help we needed. I'm taking my daughter to shop here next week!
