My wife and I are moving to Prescott Valley and our niece told us about this incredible business. We walked in and were not only blown away by the sheer size of the place and its inventory but by Justin's enthusiastic and professional greeting. He was very helpful , patient, and knowledgeable ,Not pushy like salespeople can be , Very refreshing. Gotta say was a painless process to get our couch bought. Matt was wonderful and we are very pleased. We drove from the valley there to buy our new couch and we are very happy !
This is a LONG overdue review. Justin was amazing and so helpful when it came to finding the perfect furniture and setting up the 3rd party financing plan. He even went above and beyond and made sure I had a loaner dining table when my table unfortunately wasn't delivered from the manufacturer in time for Thanksgiving. Their furniture selection and pricing were amazing as well! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Justin and Pruitts Furniture
Thank you to all who helped us. Great staff, perfect delivery experience. Nate, Raul and another very nice gentleman were beyond impressive when dealing with the delivery and set up. Good job guys. We went to Ashley’s first, decent experience but the same couch we found here for almost half price?! And we liked the staff waaaaaaaaayy more. Family owned. I need not say more.
Ordered furniture for our new home. Bed, loveseat, entertainment center and 2 end tables. 1 for the bedroom and one for the living room. Was told at time of delivery that living room end table was missing legs and they were waiting on these from the warehouse. I was told as soon as they came in, this would be delivered separately, free of charge. This was at the beginning of September. Called twice a month and was told the same thing, waiting on legs.
