Bought loveseat, recliner, small table and two chairs. Great Holliday sale. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Found my new go to furniture store. Highly recommend !
A typical furniture store resembles the process of buying a car with a salesperson that is focused on selling you the most expensive option you will agree to. High pressure sales with overpriced furniture and pressure to buy extended warranties. Pruitt’s in Prescott Valley did none of this. Very helpful staff. No high pressure sales talk Prices lower than Ashley. Mid to high range quality. Something for every price range. Met Mike the owner, who checked we were getting the help we needed. I'm taking my daughter to shop here next week!
Went there because I urgently needed a couch today, Sunday of course. I found a clearance couch for 297. Normally they dont let you take any furniture on weekends but because I was in Prescott only for the day to help out 78 year old mom the manager made an exception. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I highly recommend Pruitts for the service, selection, and price.
The selection of couches was beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My husband and I stopped in shortly after purchasing our little farm in Chino Valley and were excited to furnish our new home. However, despite spending quite a bit of time in the store, we received no assistance. While other customers were greeted and accompanied, we were left to fend for ourselves.
