I’ve been here for a week. My clothes went to laundry and never came back sat in bm for two hours takes hours for call bell to be answered. If you get up for about a hour the staff refuses to put you back to bed they are short of. Staff they have seventeen residents to one worker

Could be a great place if they weren't so under staffed . Your family doesn't get the care they need. But God help you if you say anything to them, they might throw you out.

Admit I didn’t get checked in till late Friday afternoon when employees were getting ready to change shifts but that’s no excuse for care I “didn’t “ receive. No one told me anything about procedures, meals (which I had to ask for all weekend), emergencies, etc. The room was so small that I had to move roommates chair and table to get to bathroom. The commode extender was for small person and I’m a big man. I had to do most everything for myself so there was no “asissted” living. The place was cockroach infested and the last... read more
