Staffing is inconsistent with doing laundry and piling clothes, etc. in chair instead of putting them away.

This place is awful. My husband with Parkinson’s was sent there for rehab from the hospital. The care plan was to make him stronger, make sure he could do basic hygiene, dress himself, shower himself and get in and out of bed. I was there daily for hours. Sometimes we had no one coming in. OT and PT came in and did very short exercises with him. We were instructed that he couldn’t get up by himself or with my help. He sat in a wheelchair all day. No wonder his legs are weaker. My wife suffers from Alziemers and Dementia. She fell and broke her hip and needed surgery. Then needing a rehab center, the hospital said the closest was Pruitt in Harrisburg NC. After reading the reviews I thought no way. Talking to a Dr. In the hospital she said, she has heard good things about Pruitt Health in Harrisburg. My daughter and I went to Pruitt to check it out for ourselves. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a tour. We found the facility very clean.
