Very nice place and wonderful staff! Very clean and neat. I have no complaints about Pruitt Health for any reason. My Dad is there and I am beyond pleased with his care and treatment.

Our family member at Pruitt Health in Toomsboro continues to receive excellent care Staff are very friendly and ensure a safe and clean environment. Food is great, especially the fried chicken. We definitely recommend when this level of care is needed

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. We moved my grandmother from this facility after only being there for 4 days. The facility was dirty, the sink was leaking in her room (said they didn’t see a leak), she was told that she couldn’t get out of bed until she was evaluated even to use the bathroom. However when she hit her call button they didn’t come, and when they did they told her to go ahead and have a bowl movement on them self’s because they didn’t have enough staff.
