As of day 1 everyone has treated my mother in law and the family with care and understanding.this was such a blessing knowing she is in good hands .they keep me up to date on her care which we appreciate so much thank you to all the nurses and staff for all they do for her and the family..

Do not put your loved one here. My dad has been there for rehab for a week, and they still can’t seem to administer his meds on time, they double-dosed him on two different meds two different times, they don’t pick up the meal trays unless you ask them to, they don’t answer the phone when you call, and they don’t empty out things that ought to be emptied out unless you ask them to. My Uncle was placed at Pruitt Home Health Toccoa in April of 2024 for Health reasons. All the staff and nurses have made the transition for him a smooth one. They are helpful and most of all he is happy and enjoys being at Pruitt. They go out to town and have different activities daily for the residents to enjoy. Thank you Pruitt Home Health Toccoa staff and nurses.

Understaffed awful- lack of communication between staff - better on showers since last review- wheel chairs need to be pressure washed monthly for all the food that's on the wheels and seats- this is a personal hygiene in keeping the patients from getting sick- certain patients need a little extra care on pushing liquids per doctors orders. We need more cna's like Miss Jessica, maybe she can train the new ones.

The staff was extremely helpful. Easy to go through all the paperwork. The nursing and texts are fabulous. Everybody there is so nice they treat you like family. I recommend them highly
