The staff is amazing. I highly recommend this facility! The Physical and Occupational Therapists are the best of the best!! The nurses, CNAs, the Administration, the kitchen to the Housekeeping staff are fantastic. They truly care for their residents and treat them like family. So grateful for their help with my husband’s care/rehab and how they welcomed us into their family. They deserve more than 5 stars!! Thank you PruittHealth- Shepard Hills!
My grandma was there and there was expired milk and pee covered sheets it was a horrible experience
The facility is always clean. They take very good care of my sister. She is very happy at the facility. That’s the most important thing
