Pruitt Health is an outstanding establishment. Outstanding customer service in providing excellent support for our senior citizen’s long-term care at this site. Nice staff and clean facility. Horrible communication and follow up. My mother was discharged without the ability to walk. Even though I was told multiple times that every thing she would need (bed, bedside commode, wheelchair, OT, PT, etc.....nothing was completed. They started the process but never finished. I guess when someone is off or out sick, no one covers for them. I called multiple times and the rare occasion that I talked to someone, it was of no use.
