Being someone very, very unfamiliar with the entire process, I was completely and utterly apprehensive about transitioning Mom from rehab at Pruitt Seaside, to full-time residency there. Everyone, and I mean everyone I and my wife have met there have been great and very helpful. I also made a point to chat with residents out and about and ask them how they felt about living there. All the feedback was positive. And Paulette especially has been great with helping sort confusing paperwork!
My family had a wont experience with PruittHealth Seaside. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the people they serve. It’s evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming environment and treating residents and families with kindness, patience, and respect. We had the opportunity to tour PruittHealth Seaside while considering placement options for my dad. Overall, the building was clean, but we were not very impressed with the therapy area being locked, and the atmosphere did not feel very upbeat or engaging.
