Very low standard of care. Between the nurses that do not do their jobs and the finance department that calls me constantly to tell me we owe money when they get automatic payments every month, I am very dissatisfied with the care my mother is receiving
I cannot say enough good things about the care my mom, Sarah, received at PruittHealth in Savannah. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It meant so much to our family to see how respectfully they cared for her and how attentive they were to her needs each day
Ms. Erica exemplifies the epitome of excellence. She has left an impression upon me that dispells safety, concern, sincerity. Her leadership has matched her exemplary skills in effective communication with a vibrant spirit. I am half healed because she and her team was so welcoming to care for me in my hour of need. Under her guidance, I know will be well.
Good location, staff are friendly, but can sometimes forget to do things when asked.
