How do they not know a feeding tube is leaking for over 2 weeks!!!! And missing a part.
1 star for the electricity, water, and roof!! Stepmom put my dad there. There was nothing I could do to get him out. I never saw a room that looked like the ones or their website. My dad’s sink was about to fall off the wall and the floors were hideous. Unfortunately, my dad passed away after 5 weeks of being there.
At this facility some of the women care but most of them don't. I have three women that will communicate with me when it comes to my mom. I even called corporate office. They have not returned my phone call. These people don't even care. It's a lady their name Miss Chris. She is terrible. Do me a favor. Do not let your loved ones come to this facility. Pruitthealth Ridgeway, South Carolina.
