Seems to be short staffed a lot of times and patients cannot get attention in a timely manner. The facility is nice and new but if you cannot get good prompt care what good is that!?
I give very high praises to the aids that spent so much time with my husband and made is stay very enjoyable. The nurses and all staff that worked with him were fantastic. I love the fact that the rooms are all private. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is that he was discharged before any home therapy and home care were set up. I ha not been allowed to watch his physical therapy and they did not give any instruction for anything I could do to help him. I now have physical therapy coming but he will have been without... read more
Flawless and Exquisite facility. From the grounds of the property to the structure and interior design inside. Residents have their own private rooms equipped with everything to make them feel at home. Not to mention the endless lounging areas if you want to curl up and read a book.
