Facility is clean (smelled nice even), very home like. Staff was very freindly and helpful.

The staff and employees were very kind and patient with my mother who has dementia. Communication was wonderful from administration, therapy professionals, nursing and cna staff. Special thank you to Xelma, Laquita, Suzanne Thomson, PT, OT and Speech Path who worked with my mother. Our family would visit everyday and after a long day in our own professional lives even the concierge staff in the lobby were a nice welcome to our day. Very professional group of people.
The facility is very nice, my personal experience, there is a big delay on them getting back to you...
