Iesha Mcbryde the CMA was very good to me. when she came into the room, she talked to me, asked me how I’m feeling and how my day is going, none of the other ones did. They were very unprofessional, but Iesha was extremely kind and professional, and made me feel good.

I recently visited your facility May 1st and May 2nd. The place didn't smell that good, but my brother bed was made, room was okay it just needed a fresh smell to it. I requested some information on my brother and most of the requested documents wasn't up to date. Prior to my visit I called to get information and was not successful in receiving the requested information. My husband was moved into a very filthy room. I showed on of the tech crumbs of food, pieces of paper, dust and other trash in every corner and under the bed. The sink, counter and bathrooms were disgusting. I brought my swifter and Clorox wipes to clean his room.
