Smells good when entering. Looks clean and residents looks well groomed. I am happy to know they have a memory care since it is hard to find placement. Looking forward to my love one staying there.

They are not worried when your love ones clothes are missed placed are they get bleached and really by law they are responsible for replacing the items that are ruined and no the family is not responsiblefor washing the laundry because I am sure that there laundry being at the nursing home is apart of there care plan they need to be respectful for the residents belonging and think about if it was there loved one there how would they feel are act if there items were lost are missed placed.

Iesha Mcbryde the CMA was very good to me. when she came into the room, she talked to me, asked me how I’m feeling and how my day is going, none of the other ones did. They were very unprofessional, but Iesha was extremely kind and professional, and made me feel good.
