I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care and treatment my mother has been receiving at your facility. We are new here, and this experience has been extremely distressing for both of us. On multiple occasions, staff members have been unapproachable and dismissive when I have asked questions. My husband spent the last year of his life at Pruitt Neuse. The whole time he was there I felt he was well cared for. The nurses and aids on his floor always treated him with respect and care.

To staff of PruittHealth-Neuse, and Physical/Occupational Therapy staff I wanted to express our deepest gratitude for care my father Robert (Oct/Nov 2025) received in rehab. Your team dedication, patience, expertise, humor and compassion truly made a difference. It turned a scary situation into a peaceful experience.
