I have talked to administrator here they have lost my mom's stuff while she was in hospital have asked several times to no avail also asked them to shower her and they haven't done that yet come on people do your job I did when I worked in nursing homes in upset about this and I will get up with someone higher up if they haven't fixed this by tomorrow

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the standard of care provided to my mother at your facility. The level of attention she received was, in my estimation, significantly below acceptable standards, leading to a medical condition that necessitated her transfer back to the hospital. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care and treatment my mother has been receiving at your facility. We are new here, and this experience has been extremely distressing for both of us. On multiple occasions, staff members have been unapproachable and dismissive when I have asked questions.
