Zero stars! Most of the staff was very rude. Especially the office staff. Brought my loved one home and they are not much better than when they went in for therapy. Have tried to get in touch with corporate with no response. Don't put your loved one here this is the second bad experience our family has had with a pruitt health establishment. Very disappointed.
If there was a choice of zero stars that would be our choice. From the patients freezing without proper bedding, sitting in their feces causing the entire hallway to smell for hours as we visited and then returned two hours later to the same patient still crying out to be changed, to the less than sufficient meals-a quarter sized muffin, child sized applesauce cup and what looked like someone had opened a can of chunky chicken soup and poured a quarter cup on a plate.
