If there was a choice of zero stars that would be our choice. From the patients freezing without proper bedding, sitting in their feces causing the entire hallway to smell for hours as we visited and then returned two hours later to the same patient still crying out to be changed, to the less than sufficient meals-a quarter sized muffin, child sized applesauce cup and what looked like someone had opened a can of chunky chicken soup and poured a quarter cup on a plate. I have a loved one that lives there and everytime I visit him he looks well taken care of and happy.
My mother was treated with loving care. She also played the paino at age 91. The director, Staff and Facility is excellent and clean. Thank you Pruitt for your professional work and caring for my mother.
Staff is very kind to my Mom - my Mom says the food is great and she likes participating in the daily exercises. As long as Mom is happy, then I’m happy. I’ve gotten to know several staff members and they are all awesome!
