It was rather scary for my 87 year old mom to be transferred here, but the staff was very welcoming and treated her (us) with respect. They immediately worked to get her comfortable in her room. They also listen to her requests. I'm thrilled they treat like they genuinely care if she was fed, clean and comfortable!

Horrible other patience wearing my loved one clothes while she has no clothes. Tried to find hers in the laundry the washer was broken clothes piled to the ceiling full of urine and crap! Nastiest place I have ever seen called the number from the caring hot line they never called back

Help needs HELP, patients are not being attended, for the most part they are left on their own. Some can move around, but others that can’t are left to make it the best way they can. I witnessed someone waiting for help for 1/2 hour before someone came. Sad, sad.

The receptionist service in Unit 3 (senior living) is an absolute mess. Half/most of the time there's nobody answering the phone. Then when I call the main desk, my mother and I either get a rude "nurse", or they keep us on hold for who knows how long. My grandmother has been at this facility for over 2 weeks and I've only gotten to speak with her a handful of times. It doesn't help that they only have one cordless phone.
