I would give this facility no stars. Do not take your loves ones there. They did not take care of my family member. Didn’t treat his bed sore or clean his feeding tube which caused an infection to spread throughout his body. And when they finally did something it was too late. He was rushed to the hospital and passed away the same day. The doctors at the hospital said they could tell he was not being taken care of properly. Very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable in all they do.
Some of the staff are amazing, such as Amy (RT), Mike (RT) and Darren (RT). Others should be coached to be responsive to patients timely. The kitchen staff is abhorrent. There is a severe disconnect between the patient’s dislikes and what actually makes it to their plate. Usually, the very food & beverages that are listed as dislikes is what they are served. Had to give 1 star cause 0 won't show. This place is Horrid !! My late husband was there because of ALS they almost killed him before ALS did. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!! RIP Keith Mattox . Do yall remember the hell yall put him thru ??!!!!!!
