I have to be honest, at first I was not sure that my dad was going to be cared for the way I wanted. I had to make my expectations very clear. Once they understood my expectations, I have had excellent communication, they go up and beyond and have made my dad very comfortable. Hats off to the OT/PT department. They have been amazing! Also, Bernadette, one of the nurse leaders has truly gone up and beyond, continuously. She has made a world of difference as my family navigates this situation.

This place is for the most part unprofessional after you pass checkin, noone knows anything, you get ran around from the departments sending family back & forth like noone knows or understand their job assignments. Most of the cna's & most nurses are rude, don't want to be responsible for the patients, patient isn't being property taken care of nails nasty feeding tubes not being monitored, there is barely any communication, Not assigned to the patient let the family know any information about your loved one's. The VA set up these people, this by far is the worst home care service I have had in the past 5 years. Disorganized ,poor work ethic, and excuse oriented, understaffed. This $533.00 per hour is more work than Benefit. I give it .5 star
