Zero stars is more appropriate! Let me start with her gapping wound on her bottom. Dried up poop was all in it, from an exposed bone in her heal that they didn’t see which led to amputation above the knee to 20 days later with her passing. This was over a 4 month period. We put trust in these professionals to take care of our loved ones but when we go in to visit we’re having to make calls on what needs to be done! They are negligent and are the reason my mother is dead. Would not send my worst enemy here.
My great uncle is in this facility and the staff are loving. He feels right at home. The new Administration has really turned the place around.
