Very unprofessional and classless. Started a nurse screening process on the 18th lady was condescending and uneducated on certain diagnosis. Was informed I would hear from a nurse to schedule a home visit. 2 weeks later a so” called supervisor” Tamera called to verify address and said the same. Nurse will reach out to me.
