I’m so grateful for the wonderful people at Holly Hill. My dad suffered a bad fall and break and needed the skilled nursing staff and physical therapy provided here. All the staff are kind, caring and professional. The patients are treated with dignity and respect. The facility is older but kept ruthlessly clean. We have been especially grateful to Terry Black (finance), Velma Wade (social svs.), nurses Billie, Kelly and David, the physical therapists, the gracious CNAs and support staff.

Great facility for the residents to stay whether staying a longer period of time or for a short time while improving their overall health before going back to the community and continue to function and live as an individual.

My mom stayed at Pruitt Health Holly Hill after being discharged from the hospital because she needed rehabilitation. The staff there treated her with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They demonstrated compassion not only towards her but also towards our family and other patients. Throughout her stay, the staff kept us well-informed about her progress. Not enough personal to attend patients. Bugs, everyone hates bugs. Should be condemned. Lots of mold.
