Today is 8/9/2026. I went in to see my grandfather. The smell of urine was so bad as soon as I walked into the front entrance that it was hard to continue in. The air must have been turned off because i began sweating the second I arrived. It was like 90 degrees outside so i cannot imagine what it was inside. I made it to my grandfathers room who he is currently sharing with another gentlemen. (Please be aware that there are 3+ adults to a room.) as I walked in there was trash all over the floor. As a healthcare professional I would never recommend this place anywhere. I just recently found out my family put my grandfather here and I am absolutely APPALLED!!!! As soon as you walk in it REEKS OF PISS! I have been to multiple nursing homes and this one is beyond the worst one I’ve walked into. I wouldn’t even put my dog in this place. Not to mention they have 4 people to a room. Water pouring out of the janitors closet. Other residents complaining about how they haven’t ate all day and how bad the staff treats them. Went there for work. Friendly staff.
The staff have all been helpful and are cheerful. The residents are well taken care of and the facility is clean. I recommend this nursing home.
