The nursing assistant was very helpful and did a good job in organizing and setting up the meeting with the bank. She was professional and friendly.
I think that the food that they serve the patients is not an adequate amount nor is it inviting I've noticed on several occasions the dinner and the lunch and it's just looks so distasteful this is just one example I was very disappointed with this meal for my family member
I don’t know how people work in here… the smell of urine is EXTREME. The fact the associate said it’s a nursing home just made it worse. I mean you can’t clean or make sure people loved ones are cleaned because it’s a “ nursing home”? This is the problem with this world now they’re ok with just being below standards. They need to have a CLEANING DAY!!! Every person in there needs a bath. Why are y’all ok with this place? Make a difference!!!!I couldn’t breathe!!!! How do you not have feet for the wheelchairs?
