I had a wonderful experience with the admissions team. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the admission process clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. Every time I visit my loved one everyone has been very polite. Any and all questions that I had, they have been answered. The staff is wonderful. When I was starting off with having my stepmom admitted, I couldn't asked for a more willing experienced person to help me. The hospice that works with Pruitt Health is great. Everyone i have had dealings with have been very caring.

There was a mixup involving my mother (who is not a patient here), however, both Andre and Robin worked hard to help my family with her, contacting other pruitt faculties that can help with a patient with advanced dementia. They went above and beyond and I can't say enough about their help at a time that is difficult and confusing.
