The staff here has been AMAZING!!! Especially the administrator!! She was so caring and attentive during my difficult time.
Where should I start! The first time my mom had to go there everything was good! The second and third Time we’re not so good. The second time they said they couldn’t keep her because she was still sick from pneumonia she was sent from Baptist hospital so they sent her back to the hospital then after she recovered from that they sent her back to Pruitt which they never told us when they were sending her back back-and-forth over there! Pruitt Health in Fleming Island is outstanding! From the time our Father was admitted there for rehab, we were totally impressed from the very beginning, in every way! The facility and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, so very comfortable and inviting. The entire staff has been beyond professional and helpful throughout this entire process! My Mother was there for rehabilitation for 3 weeks. The CNA's & Physical Therapy people, were really good! The Social Workers were awesome! We recommend this facility for patients and their families.
