Visited a friend recently at Pruitt inpatient rehab. Room lights were flashing up and down the hallway with no staff in sight for 30 to 40 minutes. Also, they continue to lose her laundry, even though it is marked. It was during the holidays, but not responding to patient calls can turn into an emergency situation if not addressed.
We moved Dad into Pruitt Health after moving him from a short term rehab facility (after falling and fracturing his hip). He needed long term care and even though Pruitt is 50+ minutes from our home it has definitely been the right decision. He has dementia and has some major behavioral control issues. His primary Aide “Patricia” has been outstanding. She understands his dementia and has comebacks that stop his sexual statements. nice looking facility
Wow! This is one of the absolute nicest facilities I have ever been in. This building is so homelike, I felt like I was in a 5 star resort (hence my 5 star rating ), as soon as I walked in. The staff are so caring and friendly and willing to help with any needs. My grandmother received the best therapy AND she received aquatic therapy!! 🤯 Yes… her therapist had her in a small pool helping her do her therapies.
