My mom has been at Pruitt Fleming Island since the end of April as a long-term care resident. I am happy with the care she is receiving. The CNAs do their job well and are so kind to my mom and me. Learning to navigate all of the aspects of having a parent in a facility can be daunting, but the people in administration are always helpful. I am particularly grateful for Sara’s help at the front desk with scheduling and understanding the process of getting my mom’s hair cut at the facility. My mother had two surgeries at OP hospital, released and arrived at the rehab facility Friday night. Her health and care declined tremendously over the weekend due to a very limited staff. Weekends' need HELP in many areas period! My mother has alzhemer and wanted my sister by her side the first evening because she was scared and disoriented.
