I was admitt to Pruitt and at first you think yea. This is going to be alright. PT and occupational therapy is about the best thing that that place has got going for them. When you push the button for help, you don’t get it. It takes hours on end to get help. I developed septic UTI and pneumonia and was requesting the nurse to help me because I was not doing so well. Very understaffed. Not an appropriate place to be called a rehab especially when it takes 2 hours to answer a call from a patient who cant get up and walk . No communication between shifts, looks like more an administrative issues the staff really tries with what they are given. Probably not the best location for Pruitt due to the part of the county its in. Quite a sad situation for those really needing a transition from hospital to home.

Spent 1 night. Worst night of my life. There was one CNA who was worth gold. The rest were awful especially nurses. There is no way the owners care about anything more than money.

Such caring and knowledgeable staff! They go above and beyond for their patients!! I would like recommend this facility to anyone looking to receive top notch care!
