My mom needed to go into a rehab for a few weeks at Pruitt Healthcare of Conway Medical Center. She was there for over 4 hours not one of the staff members offered her a beverage. Her tiny hole of a bathroom had another patients feces on the toilet, wall and whatever trash was up against the door. They had a seat on top of the toilet with bars to help them get up and down but that seat was only half the size of the toilet. My mom lifted it bc she didn't want to use it and found more feces. My name is Shannon Ambler my therapist name is Sheniqua Smith. I just want to drop a note that I am very pleased with my Physical Therapist. I started therapy because of a very bad back fracture that left me severely impaired. To wake up one day and not be able to walk or even stand up straight was extremely painful and depressing.
