Did not feed my sister and did notify family of her death. Just sent her straight to funeral home. Even though there was 3 contacts listed. Funeral home called that's how we found out she had passed.

The administrative office in Charlottehall Maryland at the Veterans home of Pruitthealth here they are very obnoxious and very rude especially Matthew the receptionist there in their office young Caucasian male he acts like he's know it out and whenever I ask to speak to someone he says their not there and they are because one of Directors there i permission to see if I needed anything he lied saying she wasn't there and she was entire time I had found out next day ! To anyone considering placing your loved ones under the care of Pruitt Hospice please choose another location. It truly makes me so sad to see anyone being placed in a facility where the staff cares so little about the patient. I am deeply concerned about the way the elderly and disabled are being neglected and what I have witnessed is borderline abuse. The patients are treated like a burden by the staff, the facilities are unsanitary and the lack of concern for their patients well being is non existent. It is so clear the a... read more
