4 months ago, December 24, 2025, my 97year old mom suffered a stroke. While in the hospital, she contracted RSV and double Pneumonia. She spent 3 months in the hospital (LEXMED, fantastic) and then we had to find somewhere from rehab which HAD to be a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) because of her condition, no regular rehab center would take her. Barnwell is awesome! Staff are friendly, nice and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility

The Nursing staff have been wonderful with my mother during her stay. Everyone is great. Two things I would suggest is 1. Maybe remind the CNA's of how delicate elderly people on blood thinners, skin is and remember to wash their bodies accordingly. 2. The food served, especially the meat needs improvement. The same spices are used for all the meat and a lot of the people there can't tolerate it. Think about that most of the residents wear dentures and can't chew that hard meat either. This is just my observation.
