I am truly Thankful for PruitHealth - Austell! What a loving staff, truly they are an extension of family! The outstanding care the show and give to everyone and how well they keep their house! Sometimes people can get caught up with how the beautiful the building looks inside and the wonderful amenities and offers poor experiences. At PH-A, the amenities are the extra attention, the much needed hugs, the encouragement to get through a moment, and a smile or two that everything is alright! This facility has a great group of people working there. Most everyone is very friendly, caring and willing to help you enjoy your interactions with them. It is also very clean and always smells nice! I would recommend to anyone needing a safe and caring environment for their family members.

My grandmother went to Marietta for rehab after breaking her hip and had the best experience. Staff was friendly, the room was always kept clean, and the food was amazing.

I am pleased with my experience as a patient at Pruitt Health. I was particularly pleased by the quality of food/beverage and the therapy services.

My grandmother has been in long term care with Pruitt since Jan 2026, and I can honestly say that since then Pruitt has failed tremendously! If other options(beds) at other facilities were available, I would have moved her months ago! The aids couldn’t care less about the residents. They leave call lights ringing for hours at a time. If the family isn’t coming in to check on their family neither are the aids. There are a very select few nurses who do show genuine concern, but you still can’t get much done through any of them... read more
