My grandmother has been in long term care with Pruitt since Jan 2026, and I can honestly say that since then Pruitt has failed tremendously! If other options(beds) at other facilities were available, I would have moved her months ago! The aids couldn’t care less about the residents. They leave call lights ringing for hours at a time. If the family isn’t coming in to check on their family neither are the aids. There are a very select few nurses who do show genuine concern, but you still can’t get much done through any of them... read more

This is a bad facility to have to place a family member. The staff is rude, uncaring and will lie to your face. Most do not speak clear English nor understand English. And if resident is hard of hearing and cannot wear hearing aids they are mostly ignored when asking for help. The help light is turned off and resident neglected. The facility is dirty and more often than not smells of unwashed bodies. Frequent staff turnovers including Administrators. This is my honest opinion.

Only real communication came at beginning and end barely. Some days smelled of Urine. My brother had 1 rude nurse and was taken care of after 2nd offense. Everyone else that cared for him did very well.
