Although I know Pruitt is not a hospital, however their level of care for rehabilitation is lacking in several areas. First of all I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get status on a resident. My mother was admitted there after being discharged from Wellstar. Her primary purpose was for her fractured knee and gaining strength in her non-injured leg and arms. But she also had other health issues that needed to be closely monitored. My experience with PruittHealth was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. The staff seemed overwhelmed and at times uninterested in providing even basic care. Communication was poor — trying to get updates or speak to someone knowledgeable felt like pulling teeth. My loved one was not treated with the compassion or attention they deserved, and several important concerns went ignored despite multiple attempts to bring them up. I have not had a good experience I am a resident here. My experiences are a lot like others and worse. So many that it would take a while. I would be glad too talk to others.

Everything is broken, staff is rude unqualified . Tv no pic. Beds broken. Flooded 2 days ago.
