I was admitted for therapy for less than 2.0 weeks. Therapy was great. Melanie was so helpful. Nursing was good, including the unit manager. But most of all the activity director and restorative were great! I was discharged on 7/17/25 and my stay was incredible! My rating is 4.5 stars for Pruitthealth Austell.
Warm, friendly and inviting. If you need rehabilitation - this is the place.
My experience at PruittHealth was very pleasant. After hip replacement surgery, I entered the rehab center May 9th and I left June 9th. My nurses, CTNs, housekeeper and the activity director were very helpful and always greeted me with a smile during my entire stay. There are many who were so helpful but I only remember the following names: Stella, Skeatha, Juvey, Gladys, Winsome, Fabian, Rita and Shalonda. My outstanding therapists were Sledge, Felicia, Lisa and Marian.
Beautiful facility and excellent care!
