The staffing is very good they take care my family very well blessed everyone
Terrible care. “Lost”. ALL of my dad’s belongings- everything- clothes, socks, underwater, hearing aids, protein drinks. No answers. Left him in sounded clothes and no sheet for days- multiple times. Admin could not care less.
I’m still waiting on the information to access my mother’s financial and medical records, it’s been years now, what’s the hold up and who’s been signing off on her over payments from Medicaid??? I’m waiting???
Caring professional staff, excellent continuity from 1 shift to another. Goal oriented with pleasant, welcoming people.
This place is so dirty. The staff is rude and I'd be afraid for my loved ones life uf they had to stay there. The health department needs to be called or the epa. I've seen something so awful
