Can't get your pain meds, meals are always late, infection is bad here no fresh air and smells like urine all the time
This Facility has really went down hill in the last year. Dirty ice machines. Isn’t being maintained as it should. I would suggest they look into whoever is maintaining it.
The staffing is very good they take care my family very well blessed everyone
Terrible care. “Lost”. ALL of my dad’s belongings- everything- clothes, socks, underwater, hearing aids, protein drinks. No answers. Left him in sounded clothes and no sheet for days- multiple times. Admin could not care less.
I’m still waiting on the information to access my mother’s financial and medical records, it’s been years now, what’s the hold up and who’s been signing off on her over payments from Medicaid??? I’m waiting???
