Everyone was very friendly and cordial. My only complaint is that messages are not returned from the Station #4 Nurses’ Desk. I understand staff gets busy; however, the Nurse Supervisor should make sure that there is follow-up on ALL messages.
I would recommend pruitthealth - Aiken to anyone. Employees are very helpful and friendly. They make sure you're needs are taken care of. As far as the facility, it's well maintained and kept very clean.
I had to rate this place in order to leave a comment. If your family is in this facility, I would suggest you to check on them. They have elderly people in wheelchair sitting out in this hot heat. People roaming the halls and wheelchairs by themselves. Facility facility is not clean and reeks of urine and feces and my brother’s been here for over 24 hours and they still have not even evaluated him. It’s a shame that our loved ones have to be in a facility like this and the help is very rude. None of them are friendly.
