I'm 83, crippled with leg abscess, and got my first visit yesterday from Dallas. I'd been very confused and frustrated about the instructions I'd received earlier about self-wound care, but she patiently and clearly explained it all, in terms that were very clear, and provided and laid out all the supplies in step order. I'd been stubborn about not needing help, but I was wrong. Great source!

My sister is in this place and I wish she could be moved to a better facility. The place is not very clean, it smells like urine and feces. They serve cold food and the food isn't very appealing. She stays in soiled diapers way longer than she should. And I'm sure she's not the only one. She received her first UTI at this place and has had two or three since being there. You people need to do better !!! You WOULD NOT want your family treated this way.

I was referred by a Dr. In Columbia. I wasn't given a number, so I looked the facility up to get a number. I called a lady ansewed at the same time she was talking to someone else (very unprofessional) but I waited. She came back and said hello, I said hello she said hello again and hung up the phone. I called back a 3rd time she picked up (same lady) with an attitude. I explained that a Dr. Recommended the facility for some Home Healthcare for my father. She said Sir! You got the wrong number.
