Just a short distance up Signal Mountain, Pruett's is the Chattanooga area's first choice for natural and organic products, as well as more conventional products - all under the same roof. Our store features the Community Hub, a family-centered outdoor patio, for live music, fun events, or just to sit back and enjoy one of the delicious meals our deli prepares daily.

What is going on with the salad bar? They have this delicious looking salad bar full of fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, they remove the tongs/serving spoons at 7:00 - 7:10, and by 7:20 - 7:30 everything is covered. Even if it is not covered, they will refuse to give you tongs or a spoon to make a salad (which takes around 45 seconds). This is the neatest store. I was was very impressed with the thing they have and the quality of them. It is definitely a place to visit if you are anywhere near Signal Mt. TN
Reminds me of Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods, it’s very well maintained with fresh fruit/veggies. It’s one of a kind for the town of signal mountain.
